A one-time license to build your own product on top of UNO's codebase — not a named edition, just the right to change the code and sell what you build. This is a separate purchase from the regular UNO editions, aimed at developers and agencies who want a working starting point rather than a finished product.

What's included
- The right to modify the underlying UNO codebase
- The right to rebrand, rename, and restructure it as your own product
- The right to resell builds derived from it, under your own business name, to your own customers
What's not included
- You can't resell this license itself, or the unmodified starter codebase as-is, to a third party — this buys you the right to build and sell products, not to redistribute the license.
- You can't claim your resold builds are made, endorsed, or supported by Corvrook, Inc. unless that's separately agreed in writing.
- This license doesn't include use of the name "UNO" for your resold product — you'll need to pick your own name and branding before reselling.
Resale price floor — first 12 months
For the first year after purchase, to keep this license from being used to undercut Corvrook's own editions, anything you resell has to meet a floor that scales with how much of UNO your build includes:
- $80 minimum per license/instance sold, for a build comparable in scope to one of Corvrook's own single editions (Studio, Office, Backpack, or Workshop).
- $300 minimum per license/instance sold, for a build comparable in scope to Corvrook's own Enterprise edition.
- Anything in between gets priced no lower than whichever tier it more closely resembles — judged by actual feature scope, not by how you choose to market it.
After 12 months from your purchase date, the floor expires and you're free to price your builds however you'd like.
The basics
- Sold "as is" — same no-warranty terms as Corvrook's standard Terms of Service.
- Governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
- Reselling below the price floor during the 12-month window, misrepresenting Corvrook affiliation, or reselling the license itself can result in termination of your license going forward.
